Specialist case design and manufacturing

We’re not a one-size-fits-all company. It’s unlikely that two products will be exactly the same size, and so we treat each one individually, creating a bespoke packaging design solution that is overseen by our experts. From the initial brief to the final delivery of your items, we help to reduce the cost and stress of shipping your goods with our case design service.

How our process works

First, we’ll discuss your exact requirements with you. Perhaps you’re unsure where to start, especially when it comes to all the different materials and designs to choose from, or maybe you’ve done this hundreds of times before.

Either way, we can walk you through all of our options and our expert team will advise you where necessary on the packaging solutions that may work best.

Then, we can arrange an on-site visit where we can precisely measure the items to be shipped. We understand that not every item is square, and we can measure even the weirdest and odd-shaped goods. We’ll account for additional packing during this step, be it foam, bubblewrap or bespoke timber furniture such as cradles or bespoke timber braces.

Finally, we can design and build your packaging and shipping cases. We’ll stay in contact throughout the whole packaging design process to keep you updated with timescales and other necessary information. Once the cases are built, we can personally deliver them to your site and carefully pack your items ready for transportation.

Bespoke cases for all shipping methods

As a packaging manufacturer, it’s essential that all of our cases are suitable for road, sea and air travel. Some products even go through all three transit methods, and our aim is to keep them safe no matter the transportation conditions.

In some instances, we need to consider available shipping space and build cases that are going to make the most of every inch available, without blowing the budget.
