Can I track my goods and how do I do this?

We pride ourselves in our communication, and we will provide updates about your cargo after it has left the UK for reassurance and peace of mind. 

You’ll be notified at each step of your cargo’s journey, whether it has entered a different country or switched from sea freight to road freight. 

This way, you will be kept up to date with where your goods are and when they are likely to arrive at their final destination.

Will I receive confirmation when the goods have been delivered?

Yes, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process and provide confirmation once your shipment has safely reached its destination. Transparency and communication are just two of our core values.

Can you handle the shipping of dangerous goods?

Is it cheaper to use air, sea or road freight?

This depends on the size, weight and urgency of your shipment, as well as where it’s being delivered to. 

Air freight is generally the quickest but also the most expensive. Sea freight tends to be more cost effective for large, heavy loads that aren’t time sensitive. Road freight is a great option for shorter distances.

We will always recommend the most efficient and cost-effective method.

Do you use one form of freight, or a combination?

We can arrange single-mode transport if that’s a requirement, but we find that the best solution involves a combination of freight transport. This is sometimes known as multimodal freight.

Generally, we will design the route that makes the most sense for your shipment, and this may involve a mixture of sea, road and air freight. 

What happens if my goods are lost or damaged?

While this is rare, we understand it’s a real concern. All shipments can be covered with appropriate insurance. In the event of loss or damage, we’ll guide you through the claims process and work quickly to resolve the issue.
